Booking Deposit & Payment
A minimum $200 booking deposit is required to confirm your photography session and retain the services of Kylie McCormack Photography for the session.
The Booking deposit is non-refundable if the session is cancelled within 3 months of the session date.
The booking fee is non refundable for a cakesmash session. Cake smashes incur booking and payment costs to the photographer for accessories and cake, the booking fee is retained by the photographer to cover these expenses.
Payment in full is required one week prior to the session date. If payment in full is not received, the session date will not be confirmed.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for the client to cancel/postphone the photography session. If the client is unwell, the photographer will do their best to reschedule the session to a new date/time. If the session cannot be moved due to unavailability for either the client or the photographer, the session will be forfeited and no refund is required.
Exchanges
Photography sessions, once paid, can be exchanged for an alternative photography session, for the same or greater value.
Acknowledgments
The client acknowledges that the photographer will capture and edit the images at the photographers creative discretion.
All deliverable images will be edited to the photographers standard processes and will be available in high resolution (or High res) format available for client download. The images presented in the Clients online gallery will be chosen and edited at the photographers artistic discretion.
It is the clients responsibility to take care of their children. The photographer is not responsible for the behaviour or safety of the children at the photography sessions.
The photographer requests that clients do not participate in taking their own photos at their photography sessions.
The photographer is not responsible for additional editing or any A.I., photoshop, body/face swapping or any editing requests from the client.
Clients will be liable for payment for any damages to the photographers equipment, props, accessories or wardrobe. All photographers equipment, accessories and wardrobe remain the property of the photographer. Any damages will be billed to the client.
If the photographer cannot perform their duties on the day, due to illness or cause beyond their control, then a full refund will be given to the client, if an alternative session date cannot be confirmed. The photographer will refund any payments and will not be liable for any loss due to the cancellation of the photography session.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for all photography services.
Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash.
Copyright
The photographic material and original images and RAW files are owned by the photographer. The photographer owns the copyright in all images created and has the right to use them for samples, exhibitions, website content, advertising, social media and self-promotion.
The client is purchasing the images for personal use only. The images are not for re-sale or for commercial use.
